- Maintenance Windows: Upic reserves 12 hour weekly maintenance window on Saturdays starting at 4:00 pm Eastern time.
- System Reporting: System availability reporting and scheduled maintenance windows posted on our site.
- Hardware platform: Enterprise level SAN, high availability systems such as clustered servers, multiple internet connections
- Network security: daily security scans and quarterly perimeter penetration tests
- Data encryption: SSL, TLS and FTPS (email is automatically encrypted for those who accept TLS encryption).
