Upic Board

Upic Solutions is a non-profit technology collaboration of six founding United Way members. The Presidents of each of these United Ways serve as the Upic Board, which meets quarterly each year to provide overall governance and oversight of the non-profit organization.

Each organization also appoints a senior executive to serve on the Upic Operations Council. The Ops Council provides guidance on potential service enhancements, serves as the Audit committee of the Board, and provides the “collaborative glue” between the distinctive needs of member United Ways.
