    The following  are NEWLY CREATED positions reflecting the strong growth of our organization across several time zones.    

       

     

    System Administrator Lead (Cincinnati/Northern KY) 

     

    ·         Monitor and maintain a complex, multi-site Windows network environment.
    ·         Take a lead role in remediation of all system failures, logging all failures, documenting work procedures and system configuration.
    ·         OS level application support, network and server monitoring and performance tuning.
    ·         Administration of Windows OS, IIS, Exchange, Terminal Services, Active Directory, SQL Server and Applications.
    ·         Installation and configuration of Windows OS, services, and applications.
    ·         Support and troubleshooting from the OS, application, and network level. Tier 2/3 support for Help Desk.
    ·         Supports initial setup of new customers through hands-on and arms length configuration.
    ·         Project Management and supervisory skills to lead project teams.
    ·         Mentor junior team members.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline required. Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in Windows Server and Desktop, IIS, Exchange, Terminal Services, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Application Administration required. Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Administration; SQL Server 2005 and 2008 Administration; Exchange 2007 Administration; IIS 6.0 and 7.0 Administration required. MS CRM, Sharepoint and VMWare preferred. Experience with building and maintaining Microsoft Terminal Services. Supervisory experience and data center architecture. Proven ability in Root Cause Analysis and low level troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects required. Proven technical documentation skills, excellent customer service, and ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships strongly preferred.

     

    CRM Senior Application Analyst 

           

    Works as part of the CRM Application Team providing functional and technical application support to clients using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.  

     

    Works closely with departments/teams such as member services, sales, operations, and development to provide assistance and resolve product queries raised by our clients. Gains knowledge of the products over time both through formal and 'on the job' training. With increased product knowledge, there is potential to get involved in providing strategic direction and analysis to existing and prospective clients.  

     

    The Senior Application Analyst is also responsible for leading the design, delivery, and improvement of CRM training programs, related courseware, and documentation.

    CRM Application Analyst Associate 

     

    Works as part of the CRM Application Team providing functional and technical application support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. Primarily deals with telephone and email inquiries to the support desk and responding by telephone and email as appropriate to the users of the software solutions we provide.  

     

    Works closely with departments/teams such as member services, sales, operations, and Development to provide assistance and resolve product queries raised by our clients. Gains knowledge of the products over time both through formal and 'on the job' training. With increased product knowledge, there is potential to get involved in providing strategic direction and analysis to existing clients.  

     

    The Application Analyst Associate is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of CRM training programs, related courseware, and documentation.
